How to buy credits?
  1. Go to your profile icon on top left and click on billing section
  2. Click on "AI Credits"
  3. Choose an option:
    • Autopay: Automatically recharge credits when they fall below your set trigger.
    • Buy Credits: Make a one-time purchase of AI credits.

Setting up Autopay
  1. Click "Setup Autopay".
  2. Set a trigger balance (credits below this will trigger a recharge).
  3. Enter a recharge amount (minimum $5).
  4. Review the credits to be added.
  5. Click "Enable Autopay".

One time purchase
  1. Click "Buy Credits".
  2. Enter a recharge amount (minimum $5).
  3. Review the credits to be added.
  4. Click "Buy Credits"

How are AI credits utilised?

Compose Email - 1 Credit
Let AI create an email draft for you based on the customer profile & type of query
  • AI Summary - 2 CreditsSummary the interaction in a conversation using AI to better collaborate with your team
  • Reply with AI - 3 CreditsReply to customer emails using AI based on the existing or ongoing conversation
