reCAPTCHA is a security measure that helps prevent automated software (bots) from submitting forms and spamming your inbox. Adding re-CAPTCHA with your Helpwise forms can enhance the security of your communication channels.

Follow these steps to add reCAPTCHA to your Helpwise form:

Step 1: Obtain reCAPTCHA Site Key and Secret Key

1. Go to the reCAPTCHA website and sign in with your Google account.
2. Register a new site by filling in the necessary details such as label (for identification), type of reCAPTCHA (choose reCAPTCHA v2 "I'm not a robot"), domains (enter your org's domain), and accept the terms of service.
3. After registering, you will receive a site key and a secret key. Keep these keys handy as you'll need them in the next steps.

Step 2: Add reCAPTCHA to Helpwise Form

1. Log in to your Helpwise account and navigate to the form where you want to add reCAPTCHA.
2. Click on the form to open its settings or editor, enable the re-CAPTCHA Toggle and entre you secret Key and site key.
3. Copy the HTML code and paste it where you want. After submitting the form, an email containing the information will be sent to your mailbox. Please ensure to enable the form from the top right corner.
