Helpwise integration with Monday allows you to track items in your Helpwise shared inbox easily.

Follow the steps below to connect your Monday account with Helpwise:

• Login to your Helpwise account.
• Click on “Automation” on the top and select “Integrations”.
• Now, click on the “Connect Monday” button.

• Enter the API Key. You can get your API Key from your Monday account by clicking on your avatar(picture icon) and then clicking on the Developers option. In the top menu, click on the “Developer” dropdown menu and select the first option on the dropdown menu titled “My Access Tokens.”
• Click on the blue “Show” button to expose your API token and copy it.

• Paste it on the Helpwise and click on the “Connect” button.

• You have now integrated your Monday account with Helpwise.
• After that, you will be returned to your Helpwise account and see the “Connected” button.
