How to integrate your app with Helpwise?

Helpwise allows you to track any data from your app in your Helpwise shared inbox easily.

Follow the steps below to connect your app with Helpwise:

  • Login to your Helpwise account.
  • Click on “Automation” on the top and select “Integrations”.
  • Now, click on the “Connect” button on the Custom App card.
  • Enter your App name, Webhook URL where Helpwise will send requests, App Secret Key which is optional but you can use it to validate the request sent from Helpwise, upload your App icon and the inboxes in which you want to connect your app.
  • After entering the details, click on the “Connect” button.
  • Now you've successfully integrated your App with Helpwise. This app will be connected to all your teammate's accounts.
