Today we are going to see how you can search for notes in Helpwise

Well, you all must be aware of the Notes functionality in Helpwise. Users can add notes between the conversations and even chat with their fellow teammates. We've added a search notes option in our advanced search feature, which allows the users to search the notes they have added in the conversation.

How exactly this works?

• Click on the down arrow on the top right.

• Enter the keyword you want to search in notes and hit search.

• Next, you will see the threads with notes matching your search parameters.
