How to Setup notification Settings?

To update Notification settings in Helpwise. You have to follow the given steps :

  • Click on your ‘Avatar’ present at the top-right corner of you Helpwise shared inbox
  • Click on ‘Notification Settings’ in the drop-down menu.
  • Now, You will be redirected to the ‘notification-center’ page.
  • Select the options for which you want to get notified. You can also select how you want to get notified for various activities i.e, whether on Desktop, Email or Both.
  • After selecting the desired options, Click on the ‘Save’ button to save your settings.
